Flow Cytometric Detection of pAKT and FoxP3 in Jurkat T Cells Using TSA Plus Signal Amplification Technology

چکیده
Tyramide signal amplification (TSA) is a reagent based method for amplification of weak signal in immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization and similar image-based assays. Typically it provides 1-3 orders of magnitude improvement in the limit of detection, while reducing the exposure time and the amount of primary antibody or probe used in the assay. Here we demonstrate application of TSA to detection of weakly expressed proteins with flow cytometry (Figure 1).
